Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

software-platforms (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through software-platforms.digital and how we use it when providing application analytics consulting from our Gyeongsan studio.

Who we are

Controller contact: 51-1, Goksinri, Yongseong-myeon, Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea · +82-9-094-0617 · hello@software-platforms.digital

Information we collect

  • Contact form data — name, email, service interest, and message content you submit.
  • Communication data — emails or calls you initiate with us about potential or active work.
  • Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, when available from hosting.
  • Cookie preferences — your accept or reject choice stored locally in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.

How we use information

We use contact details to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed analytics engagements. Technical logs help maintain security and diagnose outages. Cookie preference storage remembers your banner choice; rejecting does not block site use.

Legal bases and retention

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and client data to perform contracts. We retain inquiry messages for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, and client records for the period required by accounting and the service agreement.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with hosting or email providers acting on our instructions, or when required by Korean law. Client project data is handled under the confidentiality terms of each engagement.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and only as needed to operate the site or deliver services.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention duties. Contact hello@software-platforms.digital. You may also change cookie preferences by clearing site data for this domain and revisiting the banner.

Children

This site is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

We may revise this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
